40lbs of propane for plenty of heat and hot water Included.

Upgraded Full Size Queen Dream Cloud premier mattress. Have extra sheets and pillow cases. If converting the dining area into a bed for guest you will need to bring an extra blanket.

Indoor and outdoor shower. Outdoor shower uses a pop up exterior tent.

Has a 3800 watt quiet generator that will allow you to use air condition for 10 hours per 2 gallons of fuel.

Tanks are 26 gallons fresh water and 20 grey and 20 black.

Coffee is provided by a pay it forward system. If you drink all the coffee be kind to the next renter and put a new container in the fridge!

I provide propane, there are 2 tanks on the front. 1 full tank in storage. This will last a month if winter camping.

There is a pan, pot, plates, cups, and silverware provided.

Towels and 2 folding chairs provided as well.
