** We do not offer Aquatic/pool therapy, Speech therapy and Occupational therapy. We do not offer in home therapy.**

We apologize for the inconvenience. We accept medicare, workers comp, personal injury and most of the P.P.O. insurances.
We are a physical therapist owned outpatient physical therapy offices . We have two locations. 1) Granada Hills and 2) West Los Angeles. We have a free parking available and we are close to Fwy 118. 405 and 5.
We offer one on one individual quality care with hands on approach. Our goal at Physicians Choice is to help patients meet their functional goal.
