Summary:
This property is located close to the interstate so that you can get on a drive and get down to Nashville in a hurry if needed. I didn't do a ton of extras (art on the wall, random decorations, etc) so I could keep the price down and provide people with a good place to stay at a reasonable price. All the beds are MEMORY FOAM. The master bedroom is the only one with a TV besides the living room.
Note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID to pass through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). 3 pets are allowed in the property but we charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $200 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 8 PM CT to address your questions and concerns. For any food deliveries, shipt.com will deliver them all to you. The normal sleeping capacity is 6 but we allow up to a maximum of 8 guests per reservation. We charge an Additional Guest Fee of $15 per person per night for the 7th-8th guest. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. The standard check-in time is at 3 PM Central. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM Central will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM Central. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.

This vacation home is located in Goodlettsville. Grand Ole Opry and Manskers Station are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Historic Mansker's Station Frontier Life Center and Nashville National Cemetery. Amqui Station and Visitors Center and Willie Nelson and Friends Showcase Museum are also worth visiting.
