The house is close to the best restaurants north of Boston and is in the heart of the renowned Cape Ann Artists community. Famous artists for centuries have flocked to the town of Gloucester for it's magnificent vistas, marine scapes, beaches, fishing and rich terrain. The town of Gloucester is a summer hot spot with music, festivals, farmer's markets, museums, galleries and shops.
The house has a beautiful large dining room off a gourmet kitchen that is perfect for elegant entertaining. The main family room has a cathedral ceiling, is full of light and leads out to two decks, one for outdoor dining with a grill. The master suite is separated from the guest and kids rooms with another tv/lounging area, providing extra privacy for the master areas when needed. The kids bunk room is off the kitchen and above the garage. It has six single beds and plenty of room to romp.
