1st FL common kitchen, living room, dining room, full bath and sun room with pull out couch. First FL in-law apartment with queen BR, full bath and kitchenette has optional separate entrance. 2nd FL 3 queen BR's, two with private bath. 4th BR King/two twins shares bath with 3rd queen BR. All 2nd FL bedrooms have outdoor decks. 1st FL front & back decks. 3 picnic tables in yard. Parking for 12. There is a separate third floor apartment available for an additional fee which adds a queen bedroom, a queen sleep sofa, two twin beds, a full bath and kitchenette. The third floor is only available to parties renting the house so if you do not elect to rent the thirs floor, no one will be in it during your stay.
Located in Gloucester, this vacation home is on the beach. Schooner Adventure and Maritime Gloucester are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Essex Shipbuilding Museum and Long Hill.
