Less than a ten minute drive to downtown Gloucester, this home offers the opportunity to be close to whale watching, museums, and shops that are sure to please all guests while still enjoying a quiet and relaxing area at this home with large harbor side yard.
GROUND FLOOR
Kitchen: Eat-in Kitchen with views of Oakes Cove and Gloucester Harbor. It also includes a sliding door onto the back deck.
Living Room: The living room provides a spacious area for everyone to sit down and relax.
Dining Room: The dining room has chairs for six people and shares an open concept with the den.
Den alcove: Offers a comfortable area to sit and watch some TV.
Bedroom 1: This bedroom allows for a place to relax after a busy day with a full bed, two sofas, a TV, and views of the Cove and Harbor. There is a door that leads out onto a deck.
Bathroom: Walk in shower with grab bars.
SECOND FLOOR
Bedroom 2: Master King--This room offers beautiful views of the Cove and Harbor.
Bedroom 3: This room includes a Single bed and has a TV.
Bedroom 4: This room includes a Queen sized bed and has a TV.
Full bath with tub and shower.
EXTERIOR
Back deck with outdoor furniture and gas grill.
Spacious back yard leading to the waterfront and dock. There is a small sandy beach at low tide.
The dock can accommodate smaller boats and there is also a private ramp available for small, non-motorized boats.
PARKING
Off-street parking for 3 cars.
Located in Gloucester, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Rocky Neck Art Colony and The Gorton Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Ten Pound Lighthouse and Eastern Point Lighthouse. Schooner Adventure and Maritime Gloucester are also worth visiting.
