Just steps to Long Beach, or a 10 minute walk to Good Harbor Beach, enjoy this clean, modern new single family home with views of Long Beach. Take in breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from the upper deck, living room or master bedroom all overlooking views of the beach. In Summer season, there is an outdoor patio and grill, and enclosed outdoor shower. The house also comes equipped with beach chairs, beach cart, and umbrella, and beach toys!
There are 4 floors of living space with master suite and a guest bedroom on 2 nd floor. All bedrooms have private bathrooms. On the top floor there are twin over double bunks which lead out to a spacious upper deck with outdoor seating overlooking Long Beach. There is a downstairs family/ entertainment room that serves as a 4th bedroom with a tv, bathroom, and additional kitchen.
Located in Gloucester, this vacation home is near the beach. Schooner Adventure and Maritime Gloucester are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Essex Shipbuilding Museum and Long Hill. With snorkeling, surfing/body boarding, and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
