Just came to a greater town. It's been a while since I came on. The reason is because i have been transitioning to my new company called So-Cal Realty & Property Management. Now I am a solo Broker / Owner and i am free!!! lol
Hope you guys are doing well. I farm in Glendale CA and surrounding cities and i can tell you prices here have peaked and is now matching the peak prices we had right before the subprime market got hit in 2007. Moreover, it is a very high seller's market.
