The Center for Oral, Facial and Dental Implant Surgery opened in 1991 and has been in its present location since 2005. Our facility is the culmination of the vision of our team of professionals creating a center to practice state-of-the-art oral and maxillofacial surgery. The facility is established in the Valley of the Sun and conveniently located in Glendale, Arizona. The Center has served the Glendale dental and medical community for over 20 years and our team of professionals feel privileged to have the opportunity to provide the highest quality of care in this community.
