WELCOME to Pine Brook. This cabin is a Monthly Long-Term Vacation Rental -30 nights minimum reservations only. The cozy cabin is a fully remodeled home featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is a quiet paradise for the nature lover, with a creek that runs through the property. You will truly 'get away from it all' and enjoy the Colorado mountain experience. Located 1 mile from downtown Glen Haven. The cabin is in a spectacular setting with huge boulders and expansive views all around.

The inside of the cabin is cozy and comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Decorated in cabin decor, you will feel the warmth of this amazing getaway. With many large windows enveloping the outdoors, this is truly a year round destination.

- Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
- Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.

$88 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $88, OR no-cost Safety Check)
$30 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $30 each)

- No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets. Fines apply.
- Quiet Time 7 p.m.
- Spotty cell service. Try using WiFi Calling setting for cell phones.
- Parking for 2 cars.
- No large vehicles, i.e. RVs, trailers.
- Estes Park is a DARK SKY community - Please bring a flashlight 
- Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.
- Fireplace not available in the summer.
- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
- Plowing/shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.

Located in Estes Park, this cabin is in a rural area and on the waterfront. Trout Haven Fishing Pond and Tiny Town Miniature Golf are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Historic Estes Park and Stanley Village. Wild Basin Area and Moraine Park Museum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
