Carolyn Kalpas is the Center Manager of the NovaCare clinic in Glassboro. As a valued member of the NovaCare team from the beginning of her career, Carolyn leads the Glassboro team in clinical excellence in the treatment of a broad spectrum of maladies. A skilled clinician in the outpatient setting, Carolyn specializes in treatment of knee and shoulder injuries.

Carolyn earned her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in Boston in 2002. Her internships included Quincy Medical Center and Harvard Vanguard Outpatient Clinic in Boston and NovaCare in Sellersville, Pennsylvania. Carolyn has complimented her clinical expertise with a number of continuing education courses including, Cervical Spine Differentiation & Treatment, Arthritis Treatment & Diagnosis, Sports Rehabilitation and Shoulder & Knee Complex Diagnosis, Training & Treatment. In addition, Carolyn is certified in The Graston Technique?, an advanced method of soft tissue mobilization to decrease pain and increase function.

Carolyn's Vision...My goal as Center Manager and Physical Therapist is to provide excellent, evidence-based, dynamic and functional care, in an ideal setting, where we specialize in personalized treatment for every patient.
