Treatment begins with a comprehensive orthopedic evaluation, so our physiotherapists can develop a personalized treatment program for you. Treatments may include a variety of functional & prescriptive exercises and activities customized to your individual needs, with an emphasis in manual therapy which was shown to be better than just traditional physical therapy in the treatment of low back and neck pain by the Quebec Task Force whose results were published in the Spine Journal. Other treatments may include integrative systemic dry needling, low level laser therapy, gait training, kinesio taping, massage therapy and therapeutic exercise (range of motion, strengthening) and other treatments.
