New Apartments in Gainesville FL Under Development

Trimark Properties announced plans this week to develop brand new apartments in Gainesville Fl near UF campus. The student housing community will offer over 65 apartments within the locked-entry building, with sizes ranging from studios to 4 bedrooms. The four story apartment complex will be the 3rd new construction added to Trimark's portfolio in two years, following their development of Nimbus and Ingenuity. Cascades is scheduled to open in August 2018 and will have rents starting at over $1050 per apartment.

Trimark Properties has a history of successful development in the neighborhood, with 16 recent apartment complex developments under their belt. Trimark began developing luxury apartment communities in 2003 with the construction of Royale Palms Luxury Apartments, located one block from UF Sorority Row and steps from UF campus. Since then, Trimark has developed a series of luxury apartments in gainesville within steps of Royale Palms. Cascades will draw on many of the succesful features found in those previous developments, with additional common features like a rooftop terrace and a cascading fountain in the courtyard, for which the apartment complex is named.

In addition to being an ideal location for UF students, Cascades will also be a natural choice for employees working within Innovation Square, since the apartment complex overlooks the main core of the innovation district's site. Trimark expects that young working professionals will also rent at Cascades, due to the location.
