Joni Deardorff, Personal Trainer LLC

My name is Joni Deardorff. I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer as well as a Specialist in both Weight Loss and Corrective Exercise. I started my career as a boot camp coach in 2013. While working at LA Fitness from 2014-2015, I gained experience and knowledge about how to get results for my clients. I spent a very long time being overweight and it is now my passion to help others with weight issues.  My certification in Corrective Exercise taught me how to train clients with prior or current injuries and muscle imbalances.
