When you are looking for a vacation home near to Roche Harbor, this comfortable cottage offers a location that can’t be beat! Just walk around the corner and you’ll be on the path bordering the marina that leads right into the Resort. This home is only one property distant from the Roche Harbor waterfront so there’s a pleasant filtered view of the water and docks through the wooded landscape as well.
But this cozy understated home has more to offer than proximity to Roche Harbor activities. You’ll find a beautiful antique hutch in the living area, as well as bookshelves and a wall mounted TV. Seating is comfortably arranged around a wood-burning fireplace. The living room and dining area opens onto a deck where you will undoubtedly spend many pleasant hours lounging on a sunny day or enjoying a BBQ. An outdoor table and chairs are located on the deck as well.
In addition to the living room, kitchen, and dining area on the main level, there’s a bath with tub/shower and spacious bedroom with a vanity area and queen bed. Two additional bedrooms are located on the lower level – one offers a queen bed, TV, and en-suite bath with tub shower. The third bedroom contains two twin beds. A laundry room is also on the lower level. _Do note there are only two parking spots._
The Cottage is located in an upscale neighborhood that is great for walking and bike riding. Whether you choose to snuggle in at home or head to the Resort for shopping, dining, and water-based activities, you’ll have a wonderful vacation here! Monthly rentals also considered.
