Please note that to ensure the health and quality experience to our renters, there is No Smoking allowed and No Pets allowed in the vehicle at any time. We love our RV and is brand new and we want to keep it as clean as we can for everyone's enjoyment.
Inside has 84" interior ceiling height, rubber tread entry steps with lighted step well, vinyl flooring, metal entry grab handle, smoke, LPG & carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, hard vinyl ceiling, LED lighting, and recessed wing wall net box with USB charging port. Brazilian cherry high-sheen flat panel cabinet doors with nickel finish hardware.
The Kitchen has a flip up countertop extension for extra counter space for happier cooks and campers! There is a large double bowl stainless steel sink with single handle faucet with pull down sprayer. The stove is a 3 burner gas cooktop with glass cover and an oven for even pizzas. The stove has blue LED lighting to enhance your cooking experience. The refrigerator and freezer is double door gas/electric. It is very spacious and easy to load and unload. You are able to stop at a grocery store and stock up if you like. There are plenty of cabinet space for pots and pans, plates, utensils, pantry items, you name it! There is also a very cool, hidden trash can that allows for trash to be stowed without the mess.
The Dinning table is spacious with cabinet space above with lighting and drawer space below. There is a big window for your beautiful scenery enjoyment while you eat. At night, the table can be made into a bed that sleeps 2.
The Bedroom has a queen size bed with plenty of storage space above. The closet space is ample with in-closet lighting and mirror. The drawers are roomy and ready for all of your personals items. We also love the privacy factor as there is two doors that closes and allows for complete privacy from other guests.
The Bathroom has ample space to move around in. There is a spacious shower with glass door and built in shelfs for your shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. There is a foot flush porcelain toilet, sink, medicine cabinet with mirror, and storage below for all your bathroom items. There is also 3 hooks to hang your towels and a hand towel bar. A reverse ceiling vent to provide plenty of ventilation and a skylight for plenty of lighting.
The Bunk area above the driver and passenger is very large and can be used for storage or sleeping. It also includes a window and privacy shade. The other sleeping areas are easily made from sitting to sleeping in just minutes are are very comfortable with quality materials.
There is air conditioning and heating and ceiling vents to provide ventilation through out the RV. There are pull up shades throughout on each window to enjoy the beautiful scenery or pull down to block unwanted light or neighbors.
The lighting is also bright and you can also turn on just a few lights if you like.
For Entertainment there is a 32 inch Smart TV on manual swivel with HDMI hook ups to plug in video consoles for games for the kids or watch a movie in the Blu-Ray DVD player. It is also set up with a digital TV antenna, It is cable TV ready and HD/DSS satellite ready.
The are multiple electrical outlets and USB plugs throughout.
Cockpit has touchscreen dash radio with back-up monitor with integrated camera. Radio Tuner and antenna, drink holders, and windshield privacy curtain for when you are down for the night.
Traveling to states where temperatures are below freezing will need to be approved prior to rental.
