Other things to noteDuring winter there is plenty of snow so please use the space available in the attached oversized 1 car garage. All cars must be parked in the garage or driveway. On street parking is strictly prohibited because it blocks the local bus route. If you are parked on the street it is quite possible a fine could be charged, or your vehicle may even be towed.Please be mindful of all parking signs and laws. We are not responsible for parking violations.Please Note: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction and loss of your security deposit. We appreciate your courtesy.
