• Mountain home with four bedrooms, three and a half baths beautifully designed and furnished in a rustic mountain fashion located in Fraser, a 15-minute drive from the Winter Park Ski Resort. There is a free shuttle bus service (The Lift (theliftwp.com) to the resort. The bus stop is a 4-minute walk from the front door.
• Winter Activities: Downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snow mobile trails, snow shoeing, ice skating and tubing.
• Summer Activities: Mountain biking, hiking, white water river rafting, golf, horseback riding, outdoor concerts and activities for all ages at Winter Park Resort.
• The great room on the main floor features hardwood flooring, a log staircase to the second floor, vaulted ceiling, and a fireplace; all coming together to help create a cozy atmosphere to share time with family and friends.
• The views of the Rockies, the ski resort and beautiful sunsets from the great room or the deck are incredible. The great room has an entertainment center with a Smart TV/Sonos sound bar/ Blue Ray DVD player.
• The great room includes a fully equipped kitchen with every modern cooking tool needed to create that prefect meal for family and friends. The deck off the great room has a Weber gas grill.
• The main floor master bedroom suite has a queen bed, private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second-floor master bedroom suite has a queen bed, private bathroom with a whirlpool tub/shower.
• The lower level includes a family room with a queen sleeper sofa, an entertainment center with a Smart TV/Sonos sound bar/Blu Ray DVD player.
• The lower level has two large bedrooms each with two twin beds and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• A patio with an 8-person hot tub is accessible from the lower level. A great way to relax after spending the day in the mountains.
• There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Located in Fraser, this cabin is in a rural area and on a river. Cozens Ranch House Museum and Moffat Tunnel West Portal are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Amaze'n Maze Winter Park and Alpine Slide. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
