This beautiful home is perfect for family reunions, retreats, or a place for friends or families to make memories together! With 2 separate living areas, and another private space for video gaming, everyone will be able to have a space of their own.
After a busy day outdoors, come home and prepare a home cooked meal in the fully equipped, open kitchen. Complete with granite countertops, electric stove, dish washer, coffee maker, pots and pans and plenty of dishes, glass ware and silverware for everyone. We have even tried to include some main staples to help you with getting settled for your stress free vacation. The main area has floor to ceiling windows that allows you to take in the view of the beautiful Colorado mountains. Dining area seats 12 - 14 comfortably with additional seating for 5 at the island.
We provide a Wifi connection but be sure to bring your laptop. The living area just off the kitchen offers plenty of seating and a 65" Smart TV with Roku Streaming and BluRay player. We have board games for all ages and also have plenty of toys and games to entertain the young ones too. The lower level living area is cozy and has a 55” Smart TV with Roku Streaming and DVD player, a pull out sofa bed with full size mattress and a foosball game. The lower level bunk room has a 42" TV with video game system and a fold down couch.
Step out onto the deck and enjoy the fresh mountain air or a night under the stars in the large hot tub. The deck has 2 large tables and a gas grill for cooking out.
The heated garage has parking for 1 vehicle and a mud room for all of your ski/snowboarding equipment. The long driveway has 2 additional areas for parking, allowing for a max of 6 cars on the driveway. We provide trash service.

This home is less than 15 minutes from the Winter Park and Mary Jane ski resort. A free shuttle is just down the street that will take you right to the ski resort. A grocery store is also right on the way to the house! The town of Fraser offers snowshoeing, snowmobiling and tubing hills less than 3 miles away. In the summertime, enjoy the stocked fishing ponds, one being specific for the little ones in the family, and many hiking and biking trails right at the bottom of the hill. Downtown Winter Park has a recreation center with a great indoor pool! There is a movie theater and bowling alley, shops and a variety of restaurants and pubs. Winter Park Ski Resort has a wide variety of summer activities everyday. They have over 400 miles of mountain biking trails, one of the longest Alpine slides, hiking on the mountain, a putt-putt golf course and more!
