Mountain home offers a cabin-in-the-woods feel, peekaboo mountain views and room to breathe for a fantastic vacation or long weekend getaway! Our home comfortably accommodates an extended family, up to 3 couples + kids, or a group of friends (up to a max of 9 adult guests) looking for a base camp to gather and relax between outdoor activities. Enjoy two living areas with fireplaces, 3 private bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a separate bunk loft w/ TV for the kids!
Our townhome-style condo is an end unit facing open space with great light, views and privacy. A small sledding hill for kids is available out back and visible from the dining area. Free high-speed WiFi and kitchen/cooking essentials are provided.
--- LIVING AREAS ---
Several gathering spaces provide room to spread out. The main living area is open to kitchen & dining and has a fireplace, stereo and balcony. The lower living area is geared for entertainment with an oversized TV, surround sound, board games, and fireplace. The upper level bunk loft has a futon and 55” TV for the kids to watch their own movies or connect a game console.
--- SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS ---
Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 9 adults comfortably and up to 11 guests total (subject to occupancy limit of listing) , as follows:
• Bedroom #1 accommodates 2 adults with one king bed, a Juliet balcony with double french doors overlooking the main living space and a private bathroom.
• Bedroom #2 is over-sized with a queen bed plus a large bunk bed offering a full bed on bottom and an adult twin bed on top. This room accommodates up to 4 adults. Bedroom 2 has its own bathroom but may need to share with occupants of bunk loft.
• Bedroom #3 is in the lower level, has a queen-sized bed and has its own bathroom.
• The top floor bunk loft (no door) sleeps 5 people based on 5 kids or 4 kids and one adult. It has 4 twin bunk beds, which are for kids only up to 150lbs max, and a single adult-sized platform twin bed, which is suitable for an adult. Guests sleeping in the bunk loft would need to share a bathroom with one of the bedrooms on level 2 and/or use the half bath on the main living level.

We are pet friendly subject to prior approval by Owner, acceptance of Pet Policy by guest, and payment of additional fees. Note: Pets may *not* be left in home alone unless in a crate supplied by guest.
At time of booking, please enter the correct total occupancy for all adults and children who will spend one or more nights in order to show the correct rates for your stay. Any increase in occupancy after reservation requires Owner approval and may be subject to additional fees.
Located in Winter Park, this vacation home is in the mountains and on a river. Arapaho National Recreation Area and Vasquez Peak Wilderness reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Amaze'n Maze Winter Park and Alpine Slide.
