This location is directly on the free bus line for easy access to the Winter Park Ski Resort or if you want to drive it’s less than 12 minutes away.

Cozens Ranch House Museum and Moffat Tunnel West Portal are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Vasquez Peak Wilderness and Byers Peak Wilderness.
