This recently remodeled townhome has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sunny loft area. This is a well-loved family home. We have not been able to use it as much as we have in the past as all of our kids are grown.
The beautiful remodeled kitchen has a French door refrigerator with bottom freezer, double oven, gas range, microwave, and place settings for eight. This is a well stocked kitchen with great cookware an instant pot, slow cooker, and fondue pot, mixer and more. The dining area seats 6 around a tavern-height table. There is also a breakfast bar if you want to eat casually at the kitchen counter.
Two cozy bedrooms and a sunlight loft area that can be used as an office or a sleeping loft. There is a twin trundle in the loft and it great for children 6+ years and up. This area is is open to the main living area below. Every bedroom has its own smart TV. As does the living room.
The primary Bath has a deep soaking tub and shower. The second bath is a 3/4 bath with only a shower for bathing, both baths have heated tile floors. There is a washer/dryer in the Winter Park Bedroom. The mudroom entrance has a bench to take your ski boots off and a boot dryer to ensure your boots are always dry and toasty for your day of skiing.
The deck faces west and has a gas grill for year round cooking. There is off street parking for up to 3 cars. Snowplowing is provided in the winter months. Renters may need to shovel the stairs upon arrival but snow shovels are provided and are hanging for easy access.
Located in Fraser, this vacation home is next to a golf course. Cozens Ranch House Museum and Moffat Tunnel West Portal are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Amaze'n Maze Winter Park and Alpine Slide. Rafting and sailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain climbing and hiking/biking trails nearby.
