Easy access to WinterPark/MaryJane Ski areas via short drive or can catch the shuttle from Safeway which is in easy walking distance. Frasier tubing hill is .7 miles away. This unit backs up to the community fishing pond and trail which connects Granby to WinterPark. Great unobstructed views! This is a great place no matter what your interest.
