Max Suite & Garage includes one bedroom, living room / bar and a private garage bay. The living room is equipped with a custom bar, large sectional sofa and 4k TV. The property was remodeled for the purposes of providing a unique rental experience with complete privacy. The property does not have a kitchen. Most guests bring in take out or enjoy the local restaurants. Some meals can be made and guests may use the grill.
The property has a private entrance and garage. The unit is separated from the remaining property and "locked off” from the owners unit. Located within a few minutes of world class skiing and mountain biking at The Winter Park Resort and gold medal fishing on the Fraser River. Lock your skis or bikes in the garage and enjoy your trip, stress free.
Fraser, Winter Park and Grand County offer endless outdoor activities. The best wildlife experiences Colorado offers, with awesome scenery and hiking can be found at the entrance to Grand Lake at Rocky Mountain National Park
The WIFI Xfi and cable TV is provided by Comcast. The suite has standard Comcast cable, Netflix and Hulu. The property is stocked with Coffee for your convenience, a refrigerator, microwave and grill.
The suite has one king bed and a luxury air mattress is available for two additional guests. Yoga mats, board games, and tennis equipment are provided at the suite. A dog house, along with a fenced part of the yard are available for your pets.
Fraser is home to this vacation home. Cozens Ranch House Museum and Moffat Tunnel West Portal are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Byers Peak Wilderness and Vasquez Peak Wilderness. Amaze'n Maze Winter Park and Alpine Slide are also worth visiting.
