Description: Scott Wilson Architect LLC is a boutique residential and commercial architecture firm located in Franklin, Tennessee. Since it's beginning in 1986, the focus of the firm has been based on the belief that great architecture responds to client needs in a manner respectful of its neighbors. The firm designs modern buildings which embrace traditional principles of architecture to provide intimate spaces in which to live and work. Energy efficiency, reduced maintenance and environmentally sensitive strategies have been an integral part of this approach. Each project is designed in response to the unique site, budget and personality of the client. This philosophy is reflected in the firm's diverse portfolio and has led to many great relationships and repeat clients. Recent projects include primary residences and renovations, vacation homes, clubhouses, historical renovations, and new commercial buildings; located in the southeastern United States and Cabo San Lucas.
