For your entrée, choose from a variety of premium steaks including tender Filet Mignon and savory Steak Au Poivre, a New York strip steak sautéed in crushed peppercorns, cognac, butter and a touch of cream. Or go for the full rack of baby back ribs, smoked over oak embers and brushed with barbecue sauce.
