•Living area features a 32” tv w/ HDMI outlet, AM/FM/USB & Bluetooth stereo system for inside or outside . The single pop out dining table has plenty of room for the whole family along with a large pantry. Also when murphy bed is folded up, there is a couch for additional seating room.
•Kitchen is equipped with 3 burner gas cooktop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishes, toaster, utensils, a large Keurig machine (bring your own pods or grounds) tea kettle, barbecue utensils, miscellaneous size pots & pans along common spices.
•Outside there is a power 19ft awning with led lighting to set the mood. There is a 2 burner stove along with a mini refrigerator . Also included for your camp is some chairs & small charcoal barbecue ( bring your own charcoal). Outdoor shower available.
Absolutely no smoking inside camper. *Any indication of smelling smoke inside camper will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
*Pet damage or any pet accident
will result in forfeiture of security deposit plus $200 cleaning fee.
• Delivery is available within 50 miles of Franklin,KY. Delivery fee is $100 for round trip for the first 50 miles and $1.00 extra per mile up to 200 miles total round trip. We will give you an overview of everything you need to know so you can have a wonderful camping experience.
