The house was built in 2015, the swimming pool in 2018, contemporary style, modern. The total surface is 140m2 with a swimming pool of 9x 4m. The house is very sunny and has large picture windows with a height of 5 m in the living room. Air conditioning is installed throughout the house and in all rooms. We can go to the village of Valbonne on foot, 500m. The village is very pleasant, with many shops and restaurants.
The house has a master suite on the ground floor (double bed and dressing room and bathroom with shower) with and 3 bedrooms upstairs: 2 bedrooms with single bed in 90x190, one bedroom with double bed (pull-out bed of 2 x90 ), a bathroom with WE and shower upstairs also.
The gate is automatic. We can park in 2 or 3 cars in the parking lot.
A ping pong table and many outdoor games are also available.
