You will stay at the entrance of the Sablon district, in direct connection with the new-city district, the imperial golden triangle and the Sainte Thérèse district (the most popular districts of Metz). You will be 10 minutes walk from the TGV station, 15 minutes from the historic city center, and 10 minutes from the main tourist and cultural points of interest: the Pompidou Centre, the Muse shopping gallery (voted the most beautiful Shopping Centre of Europe in 2019), the Sports and Activity Centre Les Arènes, and the future Starck Hotel.

If you like small independent shops, you can go to Place Saint-Livier in 5 minutes by foot; you will find among others the best poultry of the Grand-Est (at GAUB - PETIT FUTE 2020) and many typical shops. Wozniak Bakery is a two-minute walk from the apartment, open from 6 am to 7 pm daily (Gault and Milau 2020). A word of advice don’t leave without tasting their chocolate baguette!
Parking is free on the Place Saint-Livier parking lot and is also free throughout the neighborhood.

The accommodation is completely private during your booking, the owner, Xavier, told us that he wished to "let go" on the decoration of this apartment. Passionate, he wished to offer you a total immersion in his cocoon with many personal notes. He called him "chez Côme", after his son, who accompanied him courageously during the work and who said that it was his home. No one at Rock in Share wanted to contradict him and here we are...

The apartment has been completely renovated and it will charm you with all the little attentions that the owner wished to let there. It is perfect for two to four travelers, whether it is for families with or without children, professionals on the move, or friends coming to enjoy the comfort of a completely renovated apartment close to the city center.
This apartment is ideal for organizing meetings or teleworking. The apartment has a high-speed fiber connection, as well as coffee included.
The accommodation is on the third floor without a lift.

The first physical entry into the premises is from 4 pm and the departure must be done at 11 am maximum on the day of your departure.

Arrival is on your own. Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive by e-mail our house guide which will give you access (once your pre-registration is done), to all the information to access the flat very easily: how to get there, the code of the key box ...
