Your home away from home has a main floor master bedroom with a new queen bed and a large working desk area and a full luxurious bath. Up the spiral staircase to the loft, you will find a large space with two single beds, a desk and room to spare! Enjoy a cup of coffee in the quaint living area or outside on the stamped concrete patio. We make sure that you have all you need to enjoy your stay including two cruiser bicycles (complete with helmets and locks) ,a large outdoor patio with gas grill and off street parking.

This cottage is located in University North, a neighborhood in Fort Collins, and is in the mountains and on a river. Avery House and Fort Collins Municipal Railway are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Roaring Creek Trail and New Belgium Brewing Company Headquarters. Fort Collins Museum of Discovery and Annual Flower Trial Garden are also worth visiting. Rafting and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and mountain climbing nearby.
