This rig can stand alone for boondocking. Easy hooking up to electric, water, and sewer at most camp sites.

Fully-equipped with linens, towels, dishes, pots, silverware, cleaning products, toiletries, lawn chairs, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, and other thoughtful touches our guest will appreciate. We have you covered to make things as convenient as possible.

AMENITY LIMITATIONS: There is no awning. One side of couch electric recliner does not work but still a comfy couch.

We are pet-friendly however, we need to approve your pets and they must be crated while inside the rig. There is additional daily fee for pets.

We deliver within a 50-mile range of Fort Washington, Maryland for an additional fee. Our home base is in Fort Washington by the MGM casino and hotel.

Pickup and drop off times are flexible.

We offer orientation for how to use the rig. We recommend watching Youtube tutorials prior to your trip.

Other things to note:

If you have a pet, they must be crated while inside the unit. There is an additional fee for pets and a higher security deposit. Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. Any indication of violations result in loss of security deposit.
