Over 30 years ago, visionary developer Abel Ramirez achieved a long-held ambition. To build on what was instilled in him by his father, Julio Ramirez, and take his years of international expertise as a craftsman and artisan in the construction industry and create a company of impeccable standards that would lead the way in luxury residential and high profile commercial development. His vision became a reality in the Jaxi collection of companies— the name behind a multitude of highly successful projects. Subsequently, Mr. Ramirez forged a partnership with the builder/developer Eduardo Caballero. Together, they planned and produced thousands of luxury residences in South Florida as well as South America.
