Our private group training sessions and interactive workouts use bodyweight exercises and plyometrics in correlation with cardio to get you the best results possible. Our trainers are the backbone of our company. They work to serve all people from professional athletes looking to improve cardiovascular endurance to moms trying to get back to their pre-baby body. PumpFit Club provides a fitness program that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our mission is to serve members of any age, shape and size, looking to achieve any fitness goal, by offering a safe, functional and interactive fitness experience in an ego-free environment.
