Cheerful touches mingle with mid-century modern furnishings, one-of-a-kind pieces, and welcoming warmth. You'll find an open living space with clean interior design and beautiful natural light. With an airy kitchen, spacious living room with fireplace and an elegant staircase leading up to 3 bedrooms. Both floors overlook a large outdoor terrace with hot tub, gorgeous tiled fountain & large outdoor lounge area. This property is perfect for lazy afternoons or an adventure on the Russian River!
The space
Decorated with clean lines and whimsical fabrics, the main living area provides for the whole family and offers great views of the expansive outdoor patio while the fully equipped gourmet kitchen makes it easy to cook up a delicious meal or alfresco on the spacious deck among the trees. Enjoy a wood burning fireplace in the living room for a soak in the hot to really soak in all the warmth the house has to offer.
Master bedroom, guest bedroom, and office/sofa bedroom (twin size) all located upstairs. The master and guest bedroom both have their own bathrooms. Master bathroom comes with a combination shower/bath tub and guest bathroom shower only.
There is small couch downstairs that turns into a twin size bed as well, and a half bathroom downstairs.
The couch downstairs is big and comfy to sleep even an additional guest.
Lots of games, kids toy's and books, a pack and play, Smart TV, ping pong, and corn hole! A short 5 minute walk from the home to access the Russian River at Steelhead Beach Regional Park.
Fast wifi – 493 Mbps
Firewood is provided for the wood burning fireplace from November-May. Fires during the summer/fall months are not permitted due to fire risk.

You will have access to the entire home and backyard. There is enough parking for 2-3 vehicles in the driveway.
Other things to note
Please note the main road (River Road) can be heard from outside of the home. Please take this into consideration when booking if you are sensitive to traffic noise.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes a lockbox, the code will be sent to you a week before your arrival.
Forestville is home to this vacation home. Railroad Square Historic District and Luther Burbank Home and Gardens are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Russian River Vineyard and Hartford Family Winery.
