Welcome to our home on wheels!
Our 2006 Dutchman Aerolite Cub - TR23TT camper sleeps 6 to 8 comfortably but up to 10. We updated all the flooring, awning and roof in 2019 and the sealants and velcro for beds in 2022.
We camp with our dogs and know they are very important to your camping experience. We will allow dogs up to 90 pounds with a pet deposit fee of $75.00. The fee is required if you are bringing a pet & is applied towards the cost of cleaning.
We do ask that the dog is not left in camper alone at any time unless you bring a kennel & please be respectful of our camper with your dog. Do not allow them to chew on furniture, rugs etc. as well as please be sure your dog is not muddy when entering the camper.
No cats please due to allergies.
** Pick up is noted as noon and return is noted as 3pm **
If these times do not work, please communicate this with us to arrange accordingly.
Beds/Linens/Towels:
Our camper has 1 full slide out and 3 pop outs with full queen beds that have heated mattress pads (great for chilly nights!).
The table and couch both convert to beds as well that both sleep 2 but 1 most comfortably.
**PLEASE SUPPLY YOUR OWN BEDDING/SLEEPING BAGS, PILLOWS AND BATH TOWELS. **
**THESE ITEMS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE WITH THE RENTAL FOR AN ADDITIONAL $10/DAY - please let us know PRIOR to booking and we will then supply 4 bath towel, bed sheets and blankets - no pillows so please bring these**
Fully equipped kitchen includes standard basics:
*Plates / Bowls / Cups
*Silverware
*Large Bowls for serving salads, mixing ingredients, etc.
*Cutting Boards are over the sink
*Pots & Pans
*Cooking & Serving Utensils (spatulas, knives, BBQ items etc)
*Four-Slice Toaster
* Hand mixer
*Keurig mini Coffee pot (You must supply your own coffee pods for the machine as well as water to fill the pot)
*Dish Towels, Dish Cloths, Oven Mitt & Hot Pad
*Aluminum Foil, Plastic Wrap, Storage Bags, Paper Towels
Other amenities:
* A/C & Furnace
* AM/FM stereo (CD player does not work)
* Stove with oven
* Microwave
* Awning
* Outdoor grill unit
* Outdoor rug
*A couple camp chairs
* Spare tire with carrier
* Basic first aid items
* Waste tank supplies
*30amp plugs & converter
* We will supply 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. Anything over that you will be responsible for supplying. Note if you buy TP it must be RV/Camper grade!
* We will supply one full propane tank (there are two and if you wish you can fill the second)
Any specialty items please feel free to bring.
We do not stock any food items. This includes condiments such as ketchup, mustard or coffee pods.
Please bring your own personal toiletries such as shampoo/conditioner/soap etc.
Please bring distilled drinking water for the coffee machine if you will be using it. You do not want to use it from the sink! Note it is a single serve machine so fill water one cup at a time to avoid overflow.
We also have family games, bonfire utensils and camp chairs to offer to make sure you have an enjoyable camping time!
** A full checklist of items will be provided at pick up. This will include instructions for return such as cleanliness and emptying of tanks **

Failure to return the camper tanks empty will result in a $75.00 charge
We take a photo of the tank level prior to each departure to ensure honesty.

WE APPRECIATE THAT OUR RENTERS ARE ON VACATION, AND ALLOW FLEXIBILITY IN THEIR PICKUP TIMES.
IN ORDER TO GIVE ALL OF OUR RENTERS AN EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE, WE GENERALLY ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE SAME DAY PICK UP OF RENTAL.
