Restaurant Description
El Ranchero At Falcon Ridge is located right off the 15 freeway in the same shopping area as Target. It is the last stop before you head up the El Cajon pass for really great Mexican food. Many who head to Las Vegas stop here for an authentic casual Mexican meal before the long trek through the Mohave Desert. The exterior is unassuming but the interior is filled with warm earthy colored tile floors, beautiful wood inlay tables, and coastal scenes of Mexico artistically painted on the walls. The staff is friendly and always greets you with a smile. Service is top notch to match the food. Don't let the casualness of location fool you the menu is full of large portioned favorites served on hot plates straight from being made from scratch in the open kitchen.
