***Luxury*** Trailer Delivered, Setup, and Picked up when finished! Overall size is 33 ' tongue to bumper. 28' living area, with super slide out for couch and dinette. Mid span door and bumper to rear tires 11' overhang, helps fit this trailer in 22' spaces (if overhang is there). This trailer is for delivery and pick-up only. Perfect for events, Living space for Guests, or Remodel.

Sleeping features:
1. Large Master Suite, with wardrobe slide out closet, has queen bed at front of trailer, has private door to bathroom. Door to bedroom. Very private with bathroom midship behind bedroom.
2. Couch (adjacent to bathroom) converts to double sleeping area: Very comfortable and easy to setup.
3. Extra Large Dinette converts to double with plenty of leg room.

Living area: Large slideout for Dinette and couch gives plenty of floor space and comfortable roomy feeling. Rocker Recliners (2) makes for great entertaining opposite couch.

Kichen stocked with utensils and dishware and tumbler drinkware for 8 with essential cookware.

Spacious Bathroom equipped with: glass shower surround, real ceramic toilet, built in blow dryer.

Entertainment: Indoor /outdoor speakers stereo / dvd, with USB input, large 12 volt Jensen TV, with HDMI, input for videos & USB.

Full rear kitchen, with plenty of counter space, double sink, Large Norcold (best) refrigerator / freezer, gives the cook some privacy when creating, yet open to living area for inclusion to the entertainment. We preferred this, with more counter space rather than kitchen island--glad we did.
