The open floor plan includes the kitchen, dining room, and cozy living room with coastal décor, all with lovely ocean views. Everyone can be together while relaxing watching their favorite shows, having meals or playing cards at the dining table, or cooking up some family favorites. The living room leads out onto the oceanfront balcony where you can relax and take in the sound of the waves, as well as the views of the beach and pier. Dining table has seating for 6 people and the bar has additional seating for 4 guests.

The oceanfront, master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a full bathroom en suite with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Wake up to relaxing scenes of the ocean and use your private access to the oceanfront balcony. Down the hall, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed attached to a full bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. The third bedroom has a double bed with a twin trundle pull out with access to the third full bathroom en suite.

Take dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Wander down on the far east end of the island to the Morris Island Lighthouse beach - a favorite among locals and visiting guests! There is parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot with the 2 parking passes. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you would need to utilize street parking. Fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer, dryer, keyless entry, contactless check-in, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, elevator for complex, central heat and air conditioning. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No grilling allowed. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home.
