Tina Jaya is an occupational and certified hand therapist with 20 plus years of experience and is the Hand Therapy Program Director. She is originally from Zimbabwe and has experience working with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities. She has worked in middle Georgia, Savannah and now the Atlanta area. Tina enjoys travelling and being part of unique aspects of different places. Her faith, family and friends take up most of her time away from work. Tina provides outstanding care for the rehabilitation of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. She has experience treating adult and pediatric upper extremities, acute and chronic pain, and conservative management of cumulative trauma, compression neuropathies, tendonitis, tendonosis and synovitis. She also excels at post-operative care of fractures, tendon and nerve repairs, hand joint arthroplasties and amputations. Tina has completed numerous continuing education courses and is working toward a doctorate in occupational therapy. She is a proud member of the American Society of Hand Therapy.
