Description: This is our family fun wagon. The bunk room has three bunks and two flip seats. The TV with pocket door to this area makes it a great place for movies/games. The middle area has table and sofa beds. There is surround sound making it a great best place for family movie night. There is a door giving privacy to a bedroom with upgraded mattress. The bedroom has a TV making a total of three TVs in the unit.

The bathroom can be accessed from the outside. This is especially important when the kids are sandy coming from lakes and rivers.

The outside kitchen is another big plus to this unit. We have never used the oven or stove inside.

There are two AC units. One in the bedroom and the other in the middle.

The bunk room has three bunks and two flip chairs so sleeps 5. Table bed sleeps 2. Sofa bed sleeps 2. Bedroom sleeps 2. I personally feel that anymore than 6 individuals sharing one small bathroom is crowded.
