Our recently remodeled home is ideally located in the heart of Falmouth Heights on a quiet street. It is a 7 to 8 minute walk to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants, bike rental shop, and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. The scenic Shining Sea Bike Path to the charming Cape Cod village of Woods Hole is close by.
This is a 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath house with a new outdoor shower. The living, dining area combination is decorated in nautical accents and style. The large dining table easily seats 8-10 people. Two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, (2 twins and 1 queen) and the third bedroom is a queen and twin located on the first floor. All bedrooms contain AC units and all floors, except kitchen and bathrooms, are hardwood. This house is bright and clean. The kitchen seats four around the granite peninsula, and adjacent to it is the washer and dryer area. Tenants supply their own linens and towels.
Directly off the kitchen is a spacious deck with an 8 person patio table, umbrella, gas grill and another covered deck just off the open deck for additional seating, entertaining, and rainy-day use. Extra chairs are provided for these areas. There is plenty of parking with a huge front yard. Close by is a large grassed area for family football, baseball or other games. We encourage our tenants to enjoy and use the backyard vegetable garden!!
