The Space:
After a long day at the lakes, on the mountains and swimming in the pools, you'll want to relax in this Loft 2 bedroom/2 bath condo that is a staggering 1190sq ft! The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, and attached en suite with jetted tub. Indoor hot tub in also included. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The Loft has two twin beds. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, a fireplace and has access to the balcony/patio where you can enjoy the scenic wilderness backdrop with your guests. This condo can accommodate up to 8 guests!  A full kitchen and a dinning room, allows you the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit for your convenience. With all the necessary amenities, and so much to fun to have in the great outdoors, you're sure to make memories to last a lifetime!

All of the outdoor swimming pools are seasonal, therefore they are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only.

There are several Wi-Fi hot spots in the community that offer Internet access during your stay.

You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.

Pets are not permitted.

Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charges.

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.

A vehicle is necessary at the resort as most of the amenities are spread out over our beautiful 14,000 acre resort property.

This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.

Located in Fairfield Bay, this condo is next to a golf course and on the beach. William Carl Garner Visitor Center and Brickshy's Backstreet Theater are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Mountain Ranch Course and Fairfield Bay Marina.
