We will conduct a thorough evaluation upon your first visit and track your progress between treatments. We use evidence based stretching and strengthening exercise recommendations to keep you feeling your best between sessions. There is no extra charge for the tools and techniques needed (cupping, hot/cold therapies, kinesiotape, IASTM, deep tissue, etc...). At Movement Improvement, our priority is providing you quality massage and bodywork, combined with the knowledge to eliminate the aches and pains of everyday life by yourself.
