Can sleep up to 8. Master bedroom in the back with queen bed sleeps 2 and has a separate TV. Upper bunk comfortably sleeps two. Sofa pulls out to a full that can sleep two adults and dinette also converts - it can sleep two, is most comfortable for kids but could also fit smaller adults. There are 2 slideouts that make it extra roomy! Shower and bathroom are separate. TV in front above cab with DVD. Also has an antennae, refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, AC and Heater. Lots of space and storage!

All appliances, generator, power awning with LED lights, rear view camera and side cameras on the mirrors for easy lane changing and navigation as well. Auto leveling system for easy set up once you arrive to your destination.

We strive to make this as easy as possible. It'll be filled up, fully stocked and loaded so you can drive right off.
We have a drip coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, cutting board, pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, hand towels, paper towels, dish soap and sponge. Toilet paper, bath mat and 4 sets of towels and linens also included.

Outdoor: Fold-out table and 2 chairs included.
Additional chairs and outdoor mat available for rental ($5 each).

We try hard to accommodate:
DEN airport pick up available upon request. Delivery and pickup available within 40 miles upon request/for a fee. Or, you can leave your car at our place while you're out exploring.

We'll go through all the details about the RV in person and we'll provide instructional videos for easy use as well.

Other things to note:
Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed inside.

We are open to pets on a case by case basis. Please inquire if you want to bring your furry friend.

Cleaning fee: We charge a flat $100 cleaning fee. We completely clean and detail the RV inside and out after every rental. You’ll get a wonderfully clean and stocked RV every time.

Tank Dump/Fill Fees:
If you want to dump the black/grey tanks on the way back yourself, feel free. Or, if you’d prefer, we can do it for a fee of $75.
You must top off the gas/propane tank before drop off. If you want us to do it, we will charge a $60 service fee for both plus the cost per gallon for gas/propane (no markup). (A lot of rentals charge $10 or more per gallon.)

You do not need to refill the fresh water tank.

200 miles per day. Only $0.35 for every mile over per day.
5 hours free generator use per day. You will be charged $4.00 for every hour over per day.
