The Hybrid Jay Feather Ultra Lite X17Z expandable by Jayco offers rear and front queen beds. As you enter the expandable, to the right is a sink, three burner range, oven, microwave, and sofa that converts to a single bed. On the opposite side of the expandable you will find a dinette that converts to a single bed and a refrigerator. Sleeps 4 adults and 2 kids. The bathroom is located in the rear. The bathroom has a toilet, corner shower, and sink and door. It also has a 3 inch lift for extra ground clearance, a retractable awning, dual propane tanks with auto switch over, camping chairs, outdoor attachable gas grill, fully furnished kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, single coffee french press, hand/dish soap, and ALL the kitchen stuff you need etc.). Linens are not included.

HITCHING: We provide the 2" ball hitch/male receiver, renters need a female hitch receiver and a 5 pin brake lights connector in order.

NOTE: PICKUP AND DROP OFF TIMES ARE FLEXIBLE.

NOTE: If you plan on using the AC, it will ONLY work when connected to the right power source, 30 - amp service. The generator WILL NOT run the AC.

UPON RETURN:
Please empty all tanks at a Dump Station. If not, I can do it for you for a $50 Dump Fee. Please sweep, shake out rugs, empty all trash cans, wipe down counter tops/table, and empty the refrigerator. If not, I can do it for you for a $50 fee.
