Karen Pettengill has been a hand and upper extremity specialist since 1982, and a Certified Hand Therapist since 1991. She is a past president of the American Society of Hand Therapists, teaches nationally and internationally and has published chapters and articles in professional journals and textbooks. She is the recipient of Nathalie Barr award 2015, recognizing contributions to the field of hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. Karen?s areas of specialty include tendon management, arthritis, complex injuries, and orthotic fabrication.
