The Double Dolphin is a spacious modern oceanfront home located on a dune overlooking the ocean with decks, direct beach access and five bedrooms on three levels. The house has significant upgrades designed for luxurious and easy beach living including linens with beds made. It is the west side of the duplex.
The main level (second floor) great room features leather sofas and chairs with an entertainment home theater system and a 46" HDTV connected to the Internet, expanded cable, HBO, Showtime, Netflix, Roku, movie channels and Blu-ray. The dining area has seating for 8 at the dining table and seating for 6 at the bar. The modern kitchen has quartz counter tops, under-mount sink, recessed lighting, a new smooth top range and convection oven and a counter-depth refrigerator. A bedroom on this level has a queen bed with a new mattress and 23" HDTV. There is a full bathroom on this level.
The master suite, located on the top level, opens onto a large oceanfront deck. The suite features a king bed with foam mattress for superior comfort, and 40" HDTV with expanded cable, HBO, Showtime and a DVD. The insuite bathroom has a large jetted bathtub with ocean views from a picture window, separate shower, and double sink. The top level also has a two additional bedrooms. One has a queen bed with a new mattress and the other has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have ocean views and 23" HDTV/DVDs. There is also an additional full bathroom on this level.
The entry level has a queen bedroom with a 40" HDTV/with expanded cable, HBO, Showtime, Roku and a private entrance to a shaded sitting area and a sunny ocean deck. Additionally, on this level is a play area with books/games/ work table for your laptop.
Special touches include gigantic custom windows giving the main living area a panoramic ocean view. Window treatments (either solar or cellular shades) are designed to maximize ocean views. The first two levels are all tile and the top level has hardwood flooring. All stairs are carpeted. Crown molding runs throughout the house.
Amenities include WiFi, dual zone air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms, washer and dryer, water softener, a grill and an outside enclosed hot and cold shower. The Double Dolphin has four open and covered decks, all overlooking the ocean, as well as a large covered sitting area designed for privacy and shade - all with an assortment of lounges, tables and chairs. A large lighted driveway provides ample parking. Linens with beds made, towels and cleaning are included in the price. Pets are welcome with a $200 non-refundable fee per pet (2 maximum). No smoking.
