I appreciate your explanation below. I was so impressed with your customer service that I did a “shout out” at my school, to my SLP friends and on Facebook. We’re all trying to get over to the magical H Step on our salary schedule by completing clock hours.
My experience with your company has been solid and so reasonable. I joke that it’s because you’re not based in California. No offense to my state, but I typically get the best customer service from states in the Northwest.

The Heritage Institute is an online resource for professional development courses for k - 12 teachers.
Credits awarded are Antioch University continuing education QUARTER credits.

The application portion of our course design involves teachers in designing and implementing activities, lessons or whole integrated thematic units with their students and then reflecting on this process with their Heritage Institute instructor.
