This is a great trailer for a family or few friends. Anyone can comfortably pull this trailer, even with little experience. This clean trailer features a family-sized dinette that turns into a comfortable bed for 2, There are 2 bunk beds in the left rear side, and bathroom with a toilet and bath/shower. The kitchen features a sink, microwave, 2 burner stove top and mini fridge with freezer compartment.
(Be sure your vehicle is rated to be able to pull at least 5000 lbs or you may feel the strain on your vehicle if it is rated to tow less than 5000 lbs. If your vehicle is rated for pulling less than 5000 lbs, you would need to provide your own weight distribution equipment, which we will not provide, and we may deem unsafe to pull).
* This trailer DOES NOT have a generator and we WILL NOT provide one. If you have one, you may use it.
* YOU MUST HAVE A BRAKE CONTROLLER BOX INSTALLED INSIDE YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE YOU PICK UP THE TRAILER. SOME NEWER TRUCKS HAVE AN INTERNAL BRAKE CONTROLLER BUILT IN.
*YOU MUST HAVE A 7-PIN ELECTRICAL PLUG-IN INSTALLED BEFORE YOU PICK UP THIS TRAILER. IT RUNS THE LIGHTS AND TRAILER BRAKES.
* Due to COVID, we require that you bring your own bedding (sleeping bag, pillows, etc..) and towels.
* Due to COVID, we do charge an upfront cleaning fee of $100. We do expect the trailer to be returned in the same condition it was provided. This includes removing all your belongings and all trash. If the trailer is returned uncleaned, we will charge an additional fee of $200.
*For a $100 fee, we can empty and clean tanks.
* At pick up, upon prior request, we will provide you with a briefing on how to use all the trailer amenities and components.
***SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE TRAILER. A $500 FEE FOR CLEANING WILL BE TAKEN FROM THE DEPOSIT IF THE TRAILER SMELLS LIKE TOBACCO, MARIJUANA, OR ANY OTHER DRUGS.
* If anything breaks, lost, stolen, including if you have a blown tire, or if any damage is done to the trailer while in the renter's possession, including trailer equipment (hoses, chalks, etc. . .) or interior surfaces, we will withhold appropriate repair costs from the deposit.
* No refund will be issued for returning the trailer early.
* Pick up and drop off times are negotiable, depending on our availability.
* We DO NOT deliver.
* We have a no pet policy.
