GO is a quiet area, with refrigerated air, central heating, a fully furnished kitchen, washer, dryer and living room, and covered parking. GO is close to University Hospital, downtown, Ft. Bliss, and the El Paso Airport. Easy to get around to all parts of town access to I-10 and HW 54 are close by.
The neighborhood is established however the space is newly renovated! This is a wonderful and quiet area. However, still large enough for comfort. The kitchen is a full kitchen. One full bath is availableThe living room couch is a pull out bed. So, the space can sleep up to 4 people.
Guests have access to one shaded parking space under the carport. Also, a washer and dryer set are part of the space, only guest will use. There is a patio in front and a patio in the backyard area.
Other things to note
This is a non-smoking space. Upon leaving, all used towels and sheets should be left on the floor of the laundry room. All dishes must be washed. Please remember to leave the key in the lock box and scramble the numbers.
